Welcome to the Petit Rococo Website (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).
Petit Rococo may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. Petit Rococo may also change, add to, move or delete portions of our Site as needed.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, photographs and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by or to Petit Rococo. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by or properly licensed to Petit Rococo.

Pricing
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Return Policy
At Petit Rococo we love our creations and hope that you will feel the same. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 10 days of shipment date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Sale items cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for returned items.

For Repair items I will cover the shipping costs to and from your door.

Please package the item in a padded secure enclosure.
1.    Be sure to Insure your package! This is very very important, we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

International Shipping
Please contact info@petitrococo.com if you would like to have your purchase shipped internationally. International Shipping Rates will be calculated using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate system. This is a much less expensive way for us to ship internationally to our customers abroad. International Priority Mail ranges from $23 US to Canada and Mexico, and $37 US to all other countries, and a 20 lb weight limit applies. To insure your purchases, an additional fee will be added on top of the regular shipping price and varies according to the value of your purchase (usually between $3-10 US). We will notify you via email of the exact amount of your shipping charge once it is processed.

Customs Fees
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Petit Rococo. has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
The shipping charges you pay to Petit Rococo do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Petit Rococo and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Petit Rococo has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so – we don’t have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.
